Opening hours of our front office

The front office of our hotel is open from Monday till Friday until 21:00 h. If you would like to arrive later it is possible, however we would be thankful if you could inform us.

On Saturday and Sunday the front office is open untill 12:00 h. The staff of the restaurant will take care of you untill 19:00 h. Later in the evening the nurses of our Kursana Residenz will take care of your check-in. During the night you can reach the nursing department of the Kursana Residence if you need help.

The entrance of the hotel during the night is: Harfenbergstrasse 2, at the back of the hotel.
